      Good question !

I think you are probably referring to the education project which I proposed in my profile. The reason I have chosen Cornwall is because it is (in terms of the UK) quite remote and does not enjoy the benefits of being close to a major urban centre with all the benefits which access to museums, exhibitions and the like bring. Also, we engineers were told that our projects should be educational.

Another reason I propose that Cornwall should benefit is because I live in Cornwall and am visiting schools in the area, so I want to share with these Cornish schools my fascination with water in a way that will make it easy and enjoyable for the students to understand how it behaves. Things that are fun are much less easily forgotten, I think.

Incidentally, the money hasn’t been sent to Cornwall just yet. It only goes to Cornwall if all the other engineers in the Water Zone are voted off before me. Now this gives you a very good reason why you should vote for me !
