I have always worked as part of a team. It is true that I have often led the team, but that still makes you part of the team. Now that I am working (volunteering) as a STEM Ambassador in Devon and Cornwall, even here I work as part of a team.

In a team. However there are many tasks that I do on my own. But all projects involve many people.

I’ve done some research on my own, but projects always need a team – you need people who are specialists in many things.

So even my smallest project I would need someone who is an expert in river ecology, and expert in fisheries, people to build it, managers to approve it, finance people to sort the money, legal experts to solve any legal issues (which there are lots usually!), possibly extra people to help design it and that’s just on a simple project!
