  Difficult question to answer, for sure. I have seen too many terrible things but one which has always turned my stomach were the children who were intentionally maimed (by breaking legs or arms and ensuring that they did not set straight), just for the purposes of begging.
  
  It’s a cruel world out there that allows any parent to do such a thing to his/her child.
