Question: When you were in Costa Rica and Nicaragua did you make friends with any of the villagers? If you did do you think this has inspired you to use the money for that?

  Absolutely. I stayed in many people’s houses who were very friendly and welcoming – and I’m still in touch with some of them. I was always amazed when someone who lived in a house with no electricity, water and cooking on a wood fire, and then they would give me their bed to sleep in and cook amazing food for me. So generous.
  
  Definitely an inspiration to try to send back anything I can to help improve their lives. And clean, safe water makes a huge difference.
